Day 1: Arrive in Lons. First treatment at the Bains de Lons thermal baths — book in advance. Afternoon free under the Arcades: strolling, galleries, restaurants. Day 2: Morning treatments. Afternoon: Musée des Beaux-Arts or walking tour of the old town (Rouget de Lisle's birthplace, rue du Commerce). Evening on a terrace by Place de la Liberté. Day 3 (longer stay): Half-day in Arbois (~40 km) for vineyards and Jura wines. Back for a final treatment.
